This unit vents warm air into an adjacent room and is intended for properly constructed wine cellars with adequate insulation and vapor barrier protection.
Installation Warning: Before installation, make sure the cellar is properly insulated and sealed. The room receiving exhaust air must be the same size or larger than the wine cellar to prevent heat buildup and reduced cooling performance.

Optional Breezaire Bottle Probe
The Breezaire Bottle Probe can be used on all Breezaire WKL models. It is designed for users who want the cooling system to control operation based on liquid temperature inside a bottle rather than the surrounding cellar air temperature.
How the Bottle Probe Works
Allow the wine cellar enclosure to stabilize at the desired temperature for several days, approximately 72 hours. Fill a normal-size wine bottle with water, insert the bottle probe into the bottle, and place it in the cellar. Do not connect the bottle probe to the cooling unit until the bottle has cooled to the cellar temperature.
Once connected to the outlet on the face of the unit, the bottle probe controls unit operation based on the liquid temperature inside the bottle. Unplugging the probe returns the system to the internal air sensor. The bottle probe cord is 5 feet long.

Great cooler
The first one I bought lasted 10 years, this last one (unfortunately) only lasted 5 years. When they stop you basically just have your throw it away (not worth trying to repair).

Replacement unit.
Easy out / easy in. Old unit died do to coolant leak in area unreachable for repair. Design flaw?? Unit was passed warranty period, so no help from manufacturer. WCE did great getting unit shipped to my installer.
I can tell you my experience with these store. I placed an order and told them I needed it in 2 weeks. They said, they'll ship it before the deadline. I wasn't expecting that this unit arrive so early. Received the unit and my contractors install it. Works fine! I can't compare it to the transaction that I have with other stores.
