Breezaire WKL Series 650 cu. ft. Wine Cellar Fridge System WKL 3000

I was a little skeptical about purchasing from this store. I had called them and spoke to one of their reps and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I placed my order and received it before the time that they had said it would arrive. I opened up the box and everything was there as promised. The delivery person helped me get the cooler into my house which was more than appreciated. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it is working. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with my Wine Cooler. It was easy to assemble and operate. I have been running it for a few weeks now and have had no problems. The wine is kept in the right temp range. Thanks again for the great wine cooler.

we had our basement redone about 7 years ago. at the time we also had a wine room built. the contractor selected and installed a Breezaire WKL 3000 cooler. it worked perfectly for almost 7 years and then one day it only blew warm air. I called technical assistance at the company, and they told me I had to call a repair service to diagnose the problem. Two hundred dollars later the service tech told me that the unit had leaked all of the refrigerant and the unit would cost more to repair compared to just buying a new one. Not exactly the 20 years that others have gotten out of their unit!
Since the hole the builder put in the wall fits the Breezaire 3000 I'm kind of forced to buy another one just like it. Let's hope I get luckier this time!
I think they call it the 3000 because that's about how much it costs to replace the unit and install it!!

This is my third Breezaire 3000. I had one for 20 years or so and then replaced the machine with the same model after it died. Those two machines have been completely reliable during the 30 or so years that I have used them.

When I needed to set up another wine room, of approximately the same size, I purchased another Breezaire 3000 from Wine Coolers Empire. Mary from WCE provided good advice, a good price, and helpful shipping arrangements. Everything worked exactly as she said. I am completely satisfied with WCE. It took a while to install the machine and we did not manage to install the machine exactly as directed by the instructions. As a result of my concerns about this, I contacted Breezaire support. A knowledgeable person answered my call and provided advice and reassurance regarding the installation. The unit has not been in place long enough for me to be confident of its functioning, though it appears to be working appropriately. My only concern is that the temperature readout is not quite as stable as what I am used to from my previous experiences.

This is my second wine cooler in 25 years. I think the product is great and looking forward to another 25 years.

I haven't finished the installation yet but rant the unit for 25 minutes and it worked fine. I have the shelf almost ready and my buddy will help me lift it in place. All looks good!!

This replaced same model 20 years old. So far so good. Be sure to install level on both axis so water flows out as intended.

While it's only been about a week but the unit has been working very well and holding temperature. A couple of comments on setup. I had some issues with the pull out drain plug/hose. The instructions state to pull the red plug/hose down with a plyers. However, when I did that the red plus came out of the hose and the hose was still in the unit, laying at the bottom of the unit case. So please note when you pull the drain plug down MAKE SURE to pull on the hose along with the plug. This sounds like obvious information but the plug came out fairly easy and left the hose inside. You need to pull the hose all the way out until the metal end seats, just be careful. Anyway, there's no access to the bottom of the case or even to see what is going on, the entire case is sealed. Finally, I was able to get my daughter to reach through the fan blade on top, grab the hose and insert into the drain hole. This only worked because her hands/arms are thin enough to reach down there. Unfortunately I spent about 2 hours trying to get this hose until having her try it, and she fixed it about 10 seconds. Anyway, I thought this to be very useful info for someone setting this unit up. Regardless, again thus far it is working great and in a week has had no water come out of the drain.

This is my 3rd unit in 18 years. It arrived within a few days and only took a couple of hours to swap out. So far, so good.

The first model finally died after more than 20 years. The space is just under 650 cubic feet. The replacement arrived quickly and took less than half an hour to swap it out. Running well in this summer heat.

This is now the 3rd BreezeAire we have had in our cellar in the last 26 years. Great product

I just bought a new house and it has a cellar which is what got me to buy it. But the house doesn't have a working cooler. So, I ordered before I even start moving. I know it will take some time because of the current situation with covid but I am surprised to receive a massage that my cooler was already shipped out.

We have lived in our home 19 years and on our third unit. The units worked properly for about 9 years. The two original units did not have the digital read out. My wine cellar is in our finished lower level in the Midwest, so it really doe not get that hot. The exhaust vents into a large unfinished section of our home which is apparently ideal. The room is heavily insulated except for two glass entry doors and one stationary glass door, basically for affect. Since the unit fits in a finished area surrounded by built in wine racking, it would be difficult to change models. It seems my latest unit is a tad bit nosier than the previous two. My only disappointment, the units do not have an extremely long life and difficult to make a change when built into finished cabinetry. I have had very good luck not really knowing the life expectancy.

My old cooler quit on me and I had to have a replacement fast. I asked for a rear power outlet as the standard was out of the front. They called me after I placed the order and told me that the factory was shutdown due to the corona-virus. They had front power outlets in stock. I told them to ship the rear one and they did the next day. It arrive in about four days and is now operating great. I bought the bottle temperature controller and that works very well. It dampens the temperature from cycling so often. They also refunded my extra charge for the rear power outlet modification. I couldn't be more please with their service and their cooler.

This is to definitely worth it. I was skeptic about ordering the black unit because there are no cancellation and returns so I was very scared to order it and my wife is telling me to just get the usual one. But I like the black one, so I still ordered it against my wife's order but luckily it is still working. Me and my wife and kids are very happy with it. Thank you.
