The Breezaire WKCE 1060 Wine Cooling Unit for Wine Cabinets is designed for compact wine storage applications where a traditional wine cellar cooling unit may be oversized or difficult to install. Its cold-air discharge at the bottom makes it especially suitable for cabinet-style installations and other constricted wine storage enclosures.
The WKCE 1060 is designed to cool approximately 25°F below the ambient temperature on the venting side of the unit. For best performance, the wine cabinet must be properly sealed, insulated, and ventilated.
Important: Breezaire wine cooling systems are specialized wine storage products. They are not intended for conventional refrigeration applications.
The integrated thermostat supports proper wine storage temperatures between 50°F and 60°F.

Optional Bottle Probe
The optional Breezaire Bottle Probe allows the system to regulate temperature based on the actual liquid temperature inside a bottle instead of cabinet air temperature. This is useful for collectors who want more precise wine temperature monitoring.
Allow the enclosure to stabilize at the desired temperature for approximately 72 hours. Fill a normal-size wine bottle with water, insert the bottle probe into the bottle, and place it in the enclosure. Do not connect the bottle probe to the unit until the bottle has cooled to the enclosure temperature.
Once connected to the outlet on the face of the unit, the system will operate based on the temperature of the liquid in the bottle. The displayed temperature will also reflect the liquid temperature. Unplugging the bottle probe returns the unit to the internal air sensor. The bottle probe cord is 5 feet long.
The Breezaire WKCE 1060 is a strong choice for homeowners, cabinet makers, designers, and wine collectors building compact wine storage installations up to 140 cubic feet.
